Erythritol

Monk Fruit Sweetener

Monk fruit sweetener is a natural sweetener derived from the monk fruit, a small green fruit native to Southeast Asia. It is calorie-free and does not affect blood sugar levels, making it an excellent option for people on a keto diet.

Monk fruit sweetener is up to 200 times sweeter than sugar, so a tiny amount can go a long way.

Xylitol

Xylitol is a sugar alcohol that is commonly used as a sugar substitute. It is low in calories and has a minimal effect on blood sugar levels, making it a good option for people on a keto diet.

Allulose
